Our sessions center your experience. This belief guides the work I do. I bring an evidence-based perspective, clinical knowledge, and curiosity to understand what matters most to you. I offer a warm, collaborative space where your perspective guides the direction we take together. Throughout our work, we can explore what feels difficult, unclear, or no longer useful while building a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your life. Together, we can consider realistic changes that may bring greater clarity, relief, and resilience.
Modality and Approach
My approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based skills, strengths-based approaches, and positive psychology. I tailor our work to your needs, goals, and experiences, creating space to examine patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. We can also practice concrete skills that support you outside of sessions. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, with clinical interests including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, relationship concerns, disordered eating and body image, self-esteem, and life transitions. We can also explore questions of meaning, purpose, and resilience.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
I enjoy spending time walking my two dogs, reading, painting, and visiting museums.
