True growth begins when we have the space to show up as our authentic selves without fear of judgment. Our experiences, relationships, identities, and environments shape how we move through the world, often in ways we may not fully recognize. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to engage in therapy at a pace that feels sustainable for you. Together, we can explore patterns that may be contributing to distress and work towards ways of living that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

Modality and Approach

My clinical approach is trauma-informed, relational, and psychodynamic, while incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and strengths-based interventions to support each client’s unique needs. I have experience working with individuals navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming and culturally responsive care that honors each client’s experiences, identities, and relationships. My goal is to help clients build self-compassion, strengthen connections, and develop a greater sense of safety and understanding within themselves.

Self Care Statement

In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks with friends, spending time in nature, crocheting, and spending time with cats. I value making time for activities that bring me genuine enjoyment and help me feel connected to myself and others.
