In our work together, I create an engaging and collaborative space that prioritizes your voice, needs, and aspirations. I bring authenticity and empathy into sessions while also encouraging reflection and growth that can lead to meaningful shifts in your life and relationships. I am deeply committed to supporting people in cultivating a stronger sense of presence, connection, and understanding, both within themselves and in relation to others.
Modality and Approach
I prioritize an integrative, psychodynamic approach in my work, drawing from my skills in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. By integrating these approaches, I aim to help clients deepen their self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and enhance their ability to navigate challenges both in the moment and over time. My goal is to create a flexible, responsive therapeutic process that honors the complexity of each person’s story while fostering growth, resilience, and lasting change.
Self-Care Statement
Engaging in artistic activities and going for long walks around Central Park are central parts of my self-care practice. This allows me to “tune out” the world around me and process my day, which allows me to be fully present and provide the most effective care to my clients.
