Life can be overwhelming, but I am here to support you! I offer a warm,
personalized approach to therapy. I aim to help my clients feel accepted as they
are, while we build rapport, and can mold my therapeutic approach to each
client’s individual needs. I work with clients with a person-centered and strength-
based focus, allowing for a curated therapeutic experience and skill-building for
personal growth.

Modality & Approach:
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and
Solution-Focused Therapy modality techniques. I am particularly skilled in
supporting patients who experience Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, and PTSD.

Self-Care Statement:
Self-care means giving myself grace when things do not go the way I had planned and
knowing that I am always trying to do my best. It also means going to the gym before I
start my day, when I’m able to, as I know it boosts my energy and mood for the day
ahead. I enjoy buying myself a sweet treat occasionally too and prioritizing rest when I
notice my body needs it.
