Therapy should be a space centered around you—your experiences, your needs, and the changes you want to make. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, focus on yourself, and explore what may be shaping how you feel and relate to others. Together, we can better understand your experiences, identify what you need, and develop ways of responding that feel more intentional, supportive, and authentic to you.

Modality and Approach

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and client-centered. I believe therapy is most meaningful when it is tailored to the individual rather than guided by a one-size-fits-all formula. I work with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, insomnia, anger, relationship and intimacy concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem, life transitions, and work stress. My clinical experience has primarily focused on adolescents, while I also enjoy working with adults individually and as couples. Together, we can explore difficult experiences, strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I am an avid fan of film and music. I enjoy discovering new albums, unwinding with a movie, and moving my body, especially when it takes me into nature. These activities are even more meaningful when shared with others and help me stay centered.
