I believe that insight into our past can open the door to a deeper understanding of our present. As a therapist, I help you explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped the way you see yourself and navigate the world today. My primary goal is to help you better understand the dynamics that may be keeping you stuck, identify meaningful goals, and make concrete, lasting changes in your life.

Modality and Approach

My approach is primarily psychodynamic, while integrating CBT, DBT, and ACT. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions, with particular interests in LGBTQ+ concerns, eating disorders, body image, substance use, and personality disorders. My style is warm, collaborative, and engaging, and I strive to create a safe space for exploring difficult emotions and experiences. I also bring a multicultural perspective informed by my experience studying and living in both France and China.
