Meaningful change happens when you feel both deeply understood and empowered to author what comes next. Therapy can be an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reclaim the parts of your story that may have been shaped by systems, fear, pressure, or survival. You deserve a space where your complexity is honored and your healing journey is customized for your own unique path of becoming.

In our work together, you can expect a warm, eclectic, collaborative, and grounded space. You are the expert of your own experience. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or standing at a turning point, we will move at a pace that feels steady and intentional. My role is to partner with you to help you explore patterns, build and strengthen coping tools, and move toward clarity and resilience in ways that align with your values and voice.

Modality and Approach

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I work with individuals across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Grounded in cultural humility, empathy, and a strengths-based perspective, I strive to create a collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities including Narrative Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Expressive Arts Therapy, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Together, we can explore the stories that shape your experiences, develop meaningful coping strategies, and create lasting change that aligns with your values and goals.

Self-Care Statement

Spontaneous outdoor adventures, engaging in creative expression, and prioritizing connection and laughter help me stay grounded and present. As a lifelong learner, I believe there is wisdom and magic to be found in both our shadow and our light. Whether I’m exploring nature, seeking out new cultural experiences, or immersed in an art project, staying connected to curiosity and joy supports my own balance and resilience. And dark chocolate. Lots and lots of dark chocolate.
