Modality and Approach
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy, and I’ll always tailor our work to fit you. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way — whether it’s stress, negative thoughts, or patterns that feel hard to break. We can explore how your past is influencing your present and learn techniques to shift your responses to certain situations. I sometimes incorporate creative tools, such as art or play, to help express feelings in new ways. Therapy with me is a blend of reflection and action, with a focus on helping you move forward in a meaningful and purposeful way.
A Bit About Me
To stay grounded, I like to mix up my workouts — from weight lifting to yoga or just a walk outside — anything that helps clear my mind and reconnect with my body. I also love spending time with my family, especially when we’re playing games and sharing laughs.
