I work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based lens, always honoring your lived experiences and values. Therapy with me is grounded in authentic connection and mutual trust. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I aim to meet you wherever you are, with support that is affirming and empowering.

Modality & Approach

As a therapist and certified yoga teacher, I integrate somatic/ body awareness into the healing process, drawing on practices that support nervous system regulation, presence, and self-awareness. I draw from Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, integrating both top-down and bottom-up tools to support holistic healing.

I approach this work with a deep commitment to affirmation and de-pathologizing care, supporting you in expanding your capacity for insight, resilience, and self-trust.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I stay connected to myself and my own wellbeing through yoga, journaling, music, and leaning into community. These practices remind me to stay present, curious, and open—values I bring into every session.
