Instead of treating therapy as  one-size-fits all, I take an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic styles to best support your unique needs and goals. In a supportive space, we will create a clear understanding of your inner world – how it was formed, your strengths, and patterns that no longer serve you. We can integrate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and somatic healing techniques. I aim to create a collaborative therapeutic experience to help you break through the challenges you face. 

What’s one thing you do daily to support your mental and emotional well-being?

I spend time outdoors and making art to help me feel present and grounded.
