Therapy with me is engaging, empathetic, and empowering. Together, we will explore your story while addressing the core challenges that brought you to therapy. I approach change in a mindful and realistic way that fosters your self confidence and increases your ability to make decisions. In your sessions, there is room for all of your emotions including laughter and tears. I offer a non-judgmental space that honors your present, past, and vision for the road ahead. Our relationship will evolve to fit your needs and focus on moving you towards your goals. I want you to leave the therapy room feeling more confident and having coping strategies for day to day life.

Modality and Approach

My therapeutic style weaves in a variety of influences from modern relational approaches to evidence based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. As someone with a performing arts background I incorporate creativity, play, and applied art therapy.

Self-Care Statement

I love outdoor running, yoga, and group exercise classes. Lastly, I love attending the theater as often as I can and finish most days snuggled up with a book.
