In today’s world, many of us feel pulled in countless directions—expected to show up, perform, and keep moving while carrying unspoken burdens. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients can show up and speak to all parts of themselves, however difficult. Therapy is a space to clarify your goals, say the truth exactly as you feel it, and reclaim ownership over your story. I have a warm, compassionate and client-centered approach, and I believe that everyone is capable of growth. Whether you are new to therapy or picking up where you left off, I commend you for taking this step to show up for yourself.
Modality & Approach
I have experience working with toddlers, children, adolescents and teens, as well as adults and military veterans. My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. At the heart of therapy is connection—a place where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. At the core of each successful therapeutic alliance, regardless of prior experience, is a human relationship—one where you feel appreciated, heard, and free of judgment. I recognize how difficult vulnerability can feel when we don’t know how we will be received. My work is grounded in an understanding of how trauma and systemic oppression can shape our lives, and I strive to create a space where you can build self-compassion, clarity, and agency. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental health and well-being?
I enjoy building pillow forts with my nieces and nephews, drawing comics, and reading books.
