In therapy, you’re in the driver’s seat — I’m here to help you navigate with curiosity, support, and compassion. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and start to untangle the emotional patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or questioning your relationships or direction in life, our work will center around what matters most to you. I believe that healing happens in the context of connection, and the relationship we build together is the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
Modality & Approach
I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based techniques. I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, struggles with self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and identity exploration. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and those processing complex family systems and unresolved trauma. Whether you’re looking to deepen self-understanding, shift unhelpful patterns, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’ll meet you where you are — and we can walk together at your pace.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
Spending time in nature — especially walking in Prospect Park — helps me ground myself and reconnect with the present moment. I am also intentional about limiting screen time, making space instead for real connection, movement, and rest. I try to notice small moments of gratitude, even on difficult days. These practices help me return to center — and are often ones I share with clients as we explore what steadiness and self-care can look like for them.
