My goal is to create an affirming, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and process difficult past experiences. I try to help clients understand patterns in their behaviors and relationships that may no longer be serving them and support them in identifying goals for the future. I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is key in this process. Together, we will work toward creating positive change, building resilience, and improving your overall mental well-being.
Modality & Approach
While my work is rooted in a psychodynamic approach, I also draw from humanistic and behavioral modalities, such as CBT and DBT. I try to prioritize the goals of my clients and work collaboratively with them in order to find a therapeutic approach that meets their specific hopes and needs.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
I like to take walks around my neighborhood and spend as much time as I can in NYC’s parks and green spaces.
