What do you daily to support your mental and emotional well-being? 

For me, sports are an important part of balancing life’s challenges and maintaining an active, supportive community. After success as a collegiate athlete, I continue to play tennis, ice hockey, badminton, pickleball, and golf. I am also a fan of most NYC sports teams.
