My therapeutic style is curious, empathetic, solution-oriented, and collaborative. You’re the author of your own life, and I believe my role is to help you hold the pen while you write that story. My goal in our therapeutic relationship is to be a sounding board for the various challenges you’re working through, and to remind you why you are capable of navigating them successfully.
Modality and Approach
I approach each therapeutic relationship with an open-mind and appreciation as to what your specific needs are. I am passionate about understanding where you’ve been, where you are, and where you want to be in your therapeutic journey. As your partner in therapy, I want to work with you in developing the strategy to help you reach your fullest potential. My previous career was in the corporate world, and so in my therapeutic approach I like to bring a perspective that considers the role of work in our lives.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
People in my life give me energy, and whether it’s a quick call to a friend at the end of the day, or saying good morning to my family, I feel that my day is better. I also like to spend a full day in nature at least once a month – nothing is more emotionally refreshing than a great day on the mountain!
