At COBB, your first therapy session will be pretty low-key. Your therapist will typically ask about your background, current concerns, and your goals for therapy. It’s also an opportunity to get to know each other and establish a comfortable, trusting relationship.

For individual therapy, we start with 45-minute sessions once a week. However, your therapist will work with you to determine the cadence that best supports your specific goals.
