Then I incorporate tools from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My style is trauma-informed, culturally competent, and LGBTQ+ affirming, ensuring that we always work in ways that respect your identity and lived experiences.

My daily self-care rituals keep me grounded and connected. Whether it’s cooking a comforting meal, curating playlists to suit my mood, or spending time with my dog, I prioritize activities that nourish both mind and body.
