Drawing from CBT, relational therapy, and psychoanalysis, I tailor each session to the individual. Each person shapes their own atmosphere in the room, and my goal is to ensure breakthroughs that create meaningful, lasting change in daily life.

I enjoy discovering new art and being creative. I enjoy being active at the gym or walking with my sweet pup Freud!
