Therapy can offer a meaningful space to step away from the expectations and pressures of daily life and reconnect more fully with yourself. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore what may no longer serve you, better understand your emotions, needs, and values, and create greater clarity around what you want moving forward. Together, we can build greater awareness and confidence as you work toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.

Modality and Approach

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and integrative. I am interested in both your present experience and the stories, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you understand yourself. Together, we can develop practical coping strategies, strengthen self-acceptance, explore recurring emotional and relational patterns, and consider how past experiences continue to influence the present. I work with individuals, couples, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, family and relationship concerns, work stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, clinical perfectionism, and questions of purpose and meaning. Therapy is not only about understanding where you have been, but also about creating space for where you want to go.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I love to read and write, cook for my family, and gather large groups to watch our favorite sports teams lose.
