Modality and Approach
I use an integrative approach to therapy to ensure that each client gets the right type of support. This combination of Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Strengths-Based Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques is effective in helping my clients achieve their goals and feel better about themselves.
