Modality & Approach
I provide individualized therapy to meet my clients’ needs. I prioritize my clients’ insight throughout the therapeutic process and value adaptive approaches to meet my clients where they are. I tend to draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational therapies, all within a trauma-informed lens. I have clinical experience in using mindfulness-based therapy and skill-building techniques drawn from cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and dialectical-behavior (DBT), as well as utilizing creative arts and play therapy techniques.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
I value the power of doing nothing to unwind and relax. In a world where hustling has become a norm, I enjoy being stagnant for a moment or two. I also enjoy listening to my favorite musicians and writing poetry.
