I believe the relationship between myself and my clients is the foundation and the most important component of our work together. My priority is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental and warm environment for my clients to openly express and explore their thoughts and feelings, while processing past experiences. Through a collaborative approach, my goal is to provide my clients with support and professional guidance as we embark on this journey together. I am committed to helping clients find healing through working together and feeling heard and understood.

Modality and Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative and adaptive. I believe each individual is unique; therefore, my work is tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client. Primarily, I use a psychodynamic framework to help clients gain insight into their past experiences and build self-awareness. I incorporate elements of evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) into my treatment with clients. My work is rooted in a strengths-based perspective and anti-oppressive lens. Through a collaborative and empathic approach, we will find the type of therapy that best suits your wants and needs.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

To support my own mental and emotional well-being, I engage in daily self-care activities, including spending time with loved ones, going for walks, and reading!
