What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
My two cats make sure I get my daily dose of cuddles, and I especially love to unwind by going for a long run with a good playlist. I also make it a point to spend quality time with friends and engage in something creative each week. Lastly, laughter is a big part of my life, and I love listening to podcasts that bring a smile to my face.
