Modality and Approach

I emphasize a customized approach tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and facets of themselves. The focus of my work is based on rewriting the narrative of your trauma and addressing the underlying core causes. The approaches I use most often include Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, while integrating CBT and DBT skills and tools.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I love to run. What started off as a “frienemies” relationship has grown into an integral part of my well-being. I enjoy being challenged and getting my extra energy out. I run outside around trails and parks, which are beautifully-inhabited by a plethora of flora and fauna to set the scene.
