I strive to create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where we can explore your individual story and coping strategies. I understand that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all; each person brings their own background and perspective. I prioritize building a strong connection with my clients, which may include a sense of humor and lightheartedness. Together, we will work towards achieving your goals and helping you become the best version of yourself.

Modality and Approach

My goal is to collaborate with you, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs, desires, and beliefs. Drawing from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a psychodynamic framework, I will focus on your strengths using a strength-based approach. Together, we’ll work on enhancing your self-awareness and processing your emotions and behaviors, all while emphasizing mindfulness and motivation.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

My self-care routine includes walking, running, enjoying music and podcasts, and indulging in my favorite TV shows. I also love reading self-help books and have plenty of recommendations to share!
