My approach is integrative and client-centered, tailored to meet you where you are. I draw on mindfulness practices to support self-awareness and soothe your nervous system, motivational interviewing to clarify your values and build momentum toward change, and relational therapy to deepen insight to foster connection. Whether we’re exploring emotions, communication, or patterns from the past, I work collaboratively – with empathy and intention—always honoring your story, your strengths, and your capacity for healing and growth.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
For me, it’s a mix of movement and rest. I love going for a run or taking a long walk to clear my head and reconnect with myself—but I also really value slowing down. Some evenings, that means just relaxing and watching TV, letting my mind unwind. Whether I’m outside moving or curled up with a show, it’s all about balance and giving myself permission to just be.
