My therapy style focuses on creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you feel understood and supported. I will work collaboratively with you, embracing and affirming your unique identities. In therapy, I prioritize anti-oppressive care, inclusivity and equity. I believe in a holistic mind-body approach, recognizing the deep connection between mental and physical well-being, to help you navigate your journey toward healing and growth with care and compassion.

Modality and Approach

My therapeutic approach embraces the understanding that one size doesn’t fit all, I tailor my methods to meet your  unique needs and strengths. I adopt a strength-based perspective, recognizing that you are the expert on your life. Integrating both mind and body, I place a strong focus on regulating the nervous system to promote overall well-being. I use family systems and psychodynamic approaches to explore underlying patterns in your life to support growth. I also incorporate mindfulness practices that engage both mind and body, helping you to achieve greater balance and self-awareness.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I love hiking, but when I can’t escape the city, I find peace in taking long walks through Prospect Park. There’s a meditative quality to solo walks that helps me feel grounded and refreshed. I also find a sense of healing in cooking for family and friends and creating meals that foster meaningful connections over an enjoyable dinner.
