My passion is helping people feel embodied and connected to themselves and others. Relationships are at the core of my work – those you have with yourself, friends, family and partners. I want to help you show up as your fullest self in all spheres of your world, leading to a life of less friction and more joy. I lead with curiosity, warmth, openness and humor.

Modality and Approach

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of therapy, and that the dynamics that arise in therapy can reflect, illuminate and heal patterns and behaviors in your life.

My approach is client-centered; your voice, experience and goals lead our work. I use a non-pathologizing lens and embrace you as a whole person, investigating the many truths and contradictions that exist within all of us. To best fit your needs, I will pull from models such as Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory and Narrative Therapy.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Getting outside and moving my body has never once failed to shift my mood. Walk, run, rollerblade, alone, with a friend — it always works!
