Deciding to start therapy can seem daunting but I’m here to help every step of the way. My goal is to create a warm, friendly and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable and can open up and share your experiences. My therapy style is collaborative so you can feel empowered and help guide your therapeutic process. My objective is to give you space to express yourself and provide the support you need when facing difficult things.

Modality & Approach

We all have different stories, experiences, and beliefs about ourselves and the world that shape who we are. I want to hear your story to help you understand it and move on to the next chapter. By knowing your story I can tailor the approaches we use to provide a supportive, helpful, client centered approach. I draw on elements from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Relational Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in using a mix of techniques to match your individual needs.

Before pursuing a career in therapy, I trained and performed as a professional ballet dancer. I bring my experience in the ballet world to help support clients struggling with perfectionism, professional stress, disordered eating, high intensity sports training, and the internal and external expectations that come with achieving at the highest level.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I love cooking dinner and baking desserts. Unwinding after a long day over a meal with the people that I love and care about always helps me recenter and prepares me to tackle the next day with a positive mindset. Long walks through Central Park also recharges me. I love finding time to immerse myself in nature to escape the chaos of the city.
