Modality and Approach

I take an integrative approach to therapy based on your preferences and goals. I blend psychodynamic therapy with other approaches like Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in the importance of mind-body connection, which helps you identify emotions and how they may appear physically. Whether working with individuals or couples, I always focus on facilitating deeper understanding and meaningful change.

I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples therapy to strengthen communication, address behavioral patterns, and deepen your connection.

Every day I try to stay mindful, go outside, and hug my pets.
