Experiencing both gender and sexual oppression growing up, therapy played a massive part in helping me find my own identity. Now, my passion is to support people exploring the spectrums of their sexuality, gender, and relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and those practicing consensual non-monogamy within the LGBTQIA+ community. Additionally, I work with victims of sexual assault, trauma, and those suffering from anxiety and depression. I employ a combination of both CBT and psychodynamic therapies.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
Whether I decide to work out, dance, or take a walk, I make sure I move my body daily. I also try to have a “gut check” with myself at some point throughout the day to ensure I’m in tune with my body and emotions.
