In a warm and judgment-free space, I build a strong, trusting partnership with my clients. I believe everyone is the expert on their own life, and together, we can work toward accomplishing your therapeutic goals, whatever they may be. In addition, I approach my work with an identity-affirming and trauma-informed lens.

Modality and Approach

While I work primarily in the psychodynamic framework, I strongly believe in an integrated approach that recognizes that every client has their own unique therapeutic needs. I am an attachment-focused and mindfulness-based therapist, and incorporate behavioral techniques when appropriate.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I prioritize sleep and try to make sure that I pet at least one dog every day!
