My therapeutic approach is based on your specific needs. Since every client has their own unique therapy needs, I always adapt to what is the best fit for each individual. I am passionate about working with you to explore your thought processes and behavior patterns, core beliefs, and your role in interpersonal relationships. We will work together to identify any unhealthy patterns and develop new ways to break these cycles. I will support you in building the necessary skills you need to overcome life’s adversities through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness approaches.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
Whether it be going for a run, riding my Peloton, doing a HIIT workout, or going for a long walk with my dog, I always set an intention to move my body for at least 30 minutes every day!
