As humans, we are all seeking wholeness, and the chance to be deeply understood. Most of the symptoms that lead us to seek help, such as feelings of emptiness, relationship dissatisfaction, or emotional overwhelm, point to deeper needs that warrant our attention. Together, we will work to gain insight into the sources of your suffering, and the unconscious patterns blocking you from experiencing pleasure and fulfillment. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and curious. I bring a sense of humor and humility to our work together.

Modality and Approach

I approach therapy as an authentic relationship that has tremendous power for healing and change. I practice from a psychodynamic lens, meaning that I believe most of the patterns causing us distress are not within our conscious awareness. By investigating the sources of pain that led you to seek help, you will grow freer to live a more embodied and purposeful life. I draw heavily from attachment theory and object relations. Ultimately, I believe you are the expert of your own experience, and I will tailor treatment to suit your needs.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I believe in the power of aimless city walks. I also love reading, writing, and snuggling with my cat, Georgie.
